Chiswick Gate is a large-scale residential development in West London comprising townhouses alongside one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments from award-winning developers Berkeley Homes.

Combining intelligent space planning with contemporary design, the resulting interiors have a warm and modern feel thanks to the skilful use of layering, texture, and colour. As Bernerd notes, “This project really is all about cutting-edge yet refined London living in that it mixes loft-like apartments with elegant family homes. In many ways, this is a key project for Berkeley because it is taking what they do to a whole new level of design-led luxury.”
